Thank you for shopping with tiffriff studio. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Locations

We ship from Canada and offer delivery worldwide, with the exception of destinations restricted by carriers or international regulations (commonly restricted regions).


Shipping Methods & Rates

Canada

  • Flat Rate: CAD $13

  • Free Shipping: Orders $113 and above (before tax)

All Canadian orders include tracking.

International Shipping

Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • Other partnered carriers when needed

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days

  • USA: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–30+ business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, tiffriff studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your delivery encounters issues.

If your shipping information was entered incorrectly at checkout, we are not responsible for misdelivery or replacement costs.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tiffriff.com if you need assistance.


Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup or local delivery at this time.
